Meet Our Staff
Dana MacMillan, DVM
I have been practicing veterinary medicine in the Napa Valley since graduating from the University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. During this time, I discovered I have a true passion for preventative medicine as well as internal medicine. As the owner of Napa Valley Veterinary Concierge, I am excited to practice my love of veterinary medicine in an at-home stress-free environment for both owners and their fur babies.
I was born in San Jose, California and moved with my family to Gold Country when I was young. After graduating from high school, I attended Notre Dame de Namur University on a volleyball scholarship. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and a double minor in Biology and Philosophy.
Even though my free time is limited, I love to travel and spend time outdoors with my family, riding bikes, hiking, and gardening. I love to cook, enjoy reading, board/card games, and general craftiness. My husband, Ian, and I are the proud parents of three children, Kai, Ava, and Zoe. We are also the fur parents of three dogs, Kody, Peeps, and Emme, as well as 2 cats, Burr-Burr, and Juju.
Deassa Binstock, RVT
I was born and raised right here in Napa! After graduating from Vintage High School, I knew I wanted to work with animals. In 2004 I achieved my dream and graduated from Cosumnes River College as a Registered Veterinary Technician. Since then, I have worked in many areas of Veterinary Medicine including private practice, shelter medicine, rescue, and a spay and neuter clinic. This vast experience has fostered my ever-growing love and compassion for animals.
My commitment to animals extends to the community. In January of 2020 I co-founded Ripple Effect Animal Project (REAP), a non-profit animal rescue that offers a foster program and community support. In my free time, I volunteer at multiple animal organizations including Rehab Opossums for Napa Wildlife. I share my home with eight fur babies- Chassis, Pete, Nina, Esther, Pearl, Bart, Rezzy, and V.

The following additional terms apply to your continued use of services. 1. NVVC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees with respect to the Services, whether express or implied, and all such representations, warranties, or guarantees are expressly waived and disclaimed.
- NVVC does not warrant or promise that the performance of Services under this Agreement will be error free or performed within a pre-determined period of time.
- Client hereby consents to and grants NVVC the right to take photographs and audio/ video recordings of Pet, and use Pet’s name and information, for NVVC’s use in marketing and advertising campaigns, and hereby grants NVVC an irrevocable and royalty-free license to use such photographs, audio/video recordings, and name and information in the promotion of its professional services through publication, advertising, websites, or other marketing media. Nonetheless, Client’s name will not be used unless NVVC receives Client’s permission in writing. Client acknowledges that neither Client nor anyone else will receive any financial compensation for use of such photographs or audio/video recordings, and that they have no rights of ownership in or to such content. !"
