Veterinary Services Terms (for website)

The following additional terms apply to your continued use of services. 1. NVVC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees with respect to the Services, whether express or implied, and all such representations, warranties, or guarantees are expressly waived and disclaimed.

1. NVVC does not warrant or promise that the performance of Services under this Agreement will be error free or performed within a pre-determined period of time.
2. Client hereby consents to and grants NVVC the right to take photographs and audio/ video recordings of Pet, and use Pet’s name and information, for NVVC’s use in marketing and advertising campaigns, and hereby grants NVVC an irrevocable and royalty-free license to use such photographs, audio/video recordings, and name and information in the promotion of its professional services through publication, advertising, websites, or other marketing media. Nonetheless, Client’s name will not be used unless NVVC receives Client’s permission in writing. Client acknowledges that neither Client nor anyone else will receive any financial compensation for use of such photographs or audio/video recordings, and that they have no rights of ownership in or to such content. !"
